Welcome

Welcome to The Mixed Mama! My name is Nicholette and I am the mom to two crazy and beautiful biracial children.

Included in this Mixed Parenting Blog are many different tips, tricks, tutorials on doing mixed kids hair so that you don't have to make the same mistakes I did.

Learning to do hair different than your own can be a hard thing, so I wanted to put together a place where people can come to learn how to make their babes as cute as can be, as easily as can be. I've learned different strategies along the way that I want to share with you. What products to use (or NOT use) is also very important with biracial hair care so I have included recommendations for those as well. (You can view the Top 10 Products for Mixed Kids Hair here if you like)

Mixed in with the tips, tricks, & tutorials are parts of our lives and some of the trials we may go through as a multicultural, interracial family. I hope you join us in our Mixed Family Life Adventures.
