School mornings are always a struggle. I’m always on the hunt for finding ways to make school mornings easier, especially when it comes to doing my daughter’s miles of curly hair. A trick I’ve discovered is to put hair into a protective type style on Sunday that I can easily re-do through the week into multiple looks. This has inspired me to share these with my readers and create a new series “One Hairstyle Multiple Looks.”
One Hairstyle Multiple Looks – 4 Hair Sections
This week my daughter wanted 4 sections in her hair, and wanted them braided. So that is what we did Sunday night after #washday.
Below are some ideas on how this look can easily be transformed into another look for the week with minimal effort.
First look – Wrap the braids into Braided Buns: Second look – Take apart the braids into Loose curly sections:
Third look – Wrap the loose curls into buns:
Fourth look – Half buns / half braids:
That’s it! One Hairstyle with 5 different looks for the week. The amount of effort? Miniml! The above pictures are a bit messy because I wanted to just show you the options, but you can refresh the hair and make it neater of course!
SNEAK PEEK!! Next week is My 1 year Blogversary for Mixed Family Life (formerly The Mixed Mama Blog) and I will be having a Mega Giveaway.
